1. Booking Policies

To confirm a booking for any package or tour (including Machu Picchu and Inca Trail), we require a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total cost. The remaining balance must be paid at least 48 hours before the start of the tour at our main office in Cusco.

2. Cancellations and Refunds

Due to strict government regulations regarding airline tickets and entrance fees to Machu Picchu/Inca Trail, these are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances. For other tours, cancellations made more than 30 days in advance are subject to a deposit penalty.

3. Medical Responsibility

It is the sole responsibility of the traveler to inform Peru Power Expeditions of any medical conditions, allergies, or dietary requirements prior to booking. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance that covers medical emergencies and high-altitude evacuation.

4. Itinerary Changes

We reserve the right to modify or cancel portions of the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances such as strikes, natural disasters, or severe weather conditions, always prioritizing passenger safety.
