Commitment against SECA (ESNNA)

In compliance with applicable legislation in the Republic of Peru, especially Law N° 28404 and Law N° 30802, Peru Power Expeditions strictly rejects and condemns any kind of Sexual Exploitation of Children and Adolescents (SECA or ESNNA in Spanish).

Our Code of Conduct

Our agency assumes a firm commitment to ensuring the integrity of minors and preventing any act that threatens their safety during our tourism activities. Therefore, we establish the following:

  • Zero Tolerance: None of our staff, guides, or drivers may participate in, promote, or cover up activities related to the Sexual Exploitation of Children.
  • Mandatory Identification: We require full identification of minors and documented consent from their parents or legal guardians to participate in our tours.
  • Reporting Protocol: In case of witnessing or obtaining information regarding any suspicious situation, our personnel is trained and legally obligated to report it immediately to the competent authorities (Peruvian National Police).
